I have adapted a couple of the dispatches from this blog, but two are totally new and the others are slightly different than what has appeared here. Slate is also running several of my photos. In addition, I have provided a news update on events in Cote d'Ivoire since I left the country.
I've finally managed to post some photos from my trip. Right now, they're not captioned, but some are self-explanatory. I'll try to add captions later. In the meantime, check out photos from Grand Bassam, the basilica at Yamoussoukro, Bouake, Man, and elsewhere.
I've got a few other things I've written that haven't made it up here yet -- they'll be up soon, I promise. And I promised a grand wrap-up post, as well.
